KWIDZA INCLUSION
Access is where
belonging starts.
A strand for making learning, wellbeing and community activities easier for more people to join.
People should not have to fight their way into community spaces.
Inclusion is practical. It is about what makes participation possible.
Kwidza Inclusion will explore barriers before choosing formats. Cost, transport, language, caring responsibilities, disability access, sensory needs and different ways of learning all affect who gets to take part.
WHAT THIS COULD LOOK LIKE
Accessible planning
Ask participants about barriers before a programme begins, then respond honestly about what can and cannot be provided.
Practical inclusion learning
Conversations and resources that help community hosts, facilitators and organisations make participation more realistic.
Neurodiversity-affirming practice
As Kwidza Mukadzi develops within Kwidza Collective Holdings Ltd, its work may consider the access needs of neurodivergent women. Any specialist activity needs appropriate expertise, safeguards and clear governance before launch.
PRACTICAL, NOT PERFORMATIVE
Kwidza will not promise universal accessibility. It must ask, plan, budget and communicate clearly about what access support is actually available for each activity.
Design with people, not for them.
The next step is local listening: which barriers matter most in the intended community, and what changes would make a real difference?
