KWIDZA LEADERSHIP

Find your voice.
Choose your next step.

Leadership learning, advocacy and practical pathways for young people and women shaping the lives and communities around them.

Leadership is not only a title someone gives you.

It can be a question asked, a boundary held, a conversation started or a chance taken.

Kwidza Leadership creates room to learn, practise and participate without asking everyone to follow the same path. It holds youth voice, women’s leadership, workplace learning and community participation.

KWIDZA CATALYST

Leadership and advocacy in motion.

Kwidza Catalyst is the Leadership pillar’s initiative for building voice, confidence, practical leadership and meaningful participation.

Kwidza Youth Advocacy Fellowship

A fellowship for young people developing their voice, leadership practice and confidence to advocate for inclusion in the spaces that affect their lives. Fellows learn together, explore issues that matter to them and take part in advocacy in ways that are appropriate to their goals and context.

Mentorship and peer learning

Small, facilitated opportunities to think about education, work, confidence, communication and community participation.

Women’s and community leadership

Learning that recognises leadership in homes, informal work, community groups and everyday decisions as well as formal workplaces.

DIGNITY, CHOICE AND SAFETY

Advocacy is voluntary. No one has to disclose a personal experience, speak publicly, appear in photographs or become a spokesperson to take part. Work involving under-18s follows appropriate consent, safeguarding and privacy practice.
