KWIDZA PATHWAYS
Learning opens
possibility.
Education, skills and opportunity for people finding their way forward.
There is more than one way to learn, begin again and build a life.
Pathways meet people where they are and help them take a next step.
Kwidza Pathways brings together access to books, return-to-learning support, practical skills, creative development and routes towards further education and work.
WITHIN KWIDZA PATHWAYS
Robert Ezra Library and Learning Initiative
A home for books, reading, study resources and shared learning, named in memory of Robert Ezra and rooted in a family love of education.
Return to Learning
Encouragement and practical pathways for young women returning to school, writing examinations, exploring training or choosing another route into learning.
Kwidza Labs
Kwidza Labs is the Pathways pillar’s practical learning and innovation offer. It creates room to explore digital confidence, creative work, enterprise ideas and useful skills through learning shaped around people’s strengths and real-life goals.
OUR APPROACH
Pathways respects different forms of intelligence and different journeys. Support is not conditional on anyone sharing a personal story, becoming a public face or following one fixed route.
