OUR APPROACH

We are shaping this work with leaders, teams and partners who want their values to show up in everyday decisions, relationships and opportunities.
The programmes are being designed around the people involved, the realities they work within and the change they are ready to make. The approach begins with listening, practical capability and a useful next step.
The planned Kwidza Ventures work will draw on the five Kwidza Collective pillars: Pathways, Wellbeing, Inclusion, Leadership and Community.
